What is the typical shipping timeframe for my order?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days. International shipping via DHL or FedEx usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
Do MINISFORUM products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our mini PCs come with a standard 2-year limited warranty covering hardware defects. Accessories and batteries are covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for unsatisfied customers?
We offer a 7-day 'no questions asked' return policy for products in original packaging and a 30-day return window for items with confirmed manufacturing defects.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
For orders shipped from our local warehouses (US, EU, JP), taxes are included. For orders shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and VAT required by their local customs office.
Can I upgrade the RAM and storage on my mini PC?
Most MINISFORUM models are designed with upgradeability in mind. Users can typically access SODIMM slots and M.2 SSD slots by removing the bottom panel, though we recommend checking your specific model's manual to avoid voiding the warranty.
